What are your bad habits? My worst is procrastinating. ”Later”, “I’m not in the mood to”, these are things my brain tells me all the time. At least 40% of what we do are driven by our HABITS which means most of the time we don’t even realize we are on auto pilot mode.✈️
Last night I learned about the “cue-routine-result” process, a cycle that explains how habits are created. 🔄Turns out, habits are not as difficult to change! Also, when u break/build a habit, your brain changes too. Isn’t that amazing? 🤯
